鄭啟龍，男，副教授，碩士生導師。1991年本科畢業於武漢大學計算機係獲理學學士學位；1994年畢業於中國科學技術大學計算機係獲工學碩士學位，同年留校任教至今。主持工信部核高基重大專項一級分課題兩項，安徽省自然科學基金項目兩項，Intel研究基金項目兩項。已發表學術論文60餘篇；參與編寫並行計算叢書之《並行算法實踐》（高等教育出版社），著有譯著《編譯器構造－C語言描述》（機械工業出版社）。2002年9月至2003年3月公派赴美國加州大學聖地亞哥分校（UCSD）進修訪問。
獲獎情況：
“安徽省防災減災智能信息與決策支持係統”獲國家科學技術進步二等獎，2001年
“並行計算課程的創建及其輻射與示範作用”，國家級教學成果二等獎，2009年
